PRINTING

SHIPPING

We currently ship prints within the continental United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Orders placed during a week that includes a bank holiday may experience slight delays and will be processed within 14 days starting from the next business day. Please note that if your order coincides with a bank holiday, shipping times may be slightly extended. Our business days are Monday to Friday excluding weekends and public holidays.

LIMITED EDITIONS

Limited Edition prints are produced in predetermined sizes and fixed quantities. Once the edition sells out, no additional copies are made, enhancing both their rarity and value.

Every Michael Davy Limited Edition Print comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, which details the print number within the edition and bears the artist’s official seal. This certification reinforces the print’s uniqueness and value.

Owning a Limited Edition print offers a distinct sense of exclusivity. The knowledge that only a select number exist adds a deeper layer of appreciation, making your investment even more meaningful.

OPEN PRINTS

Open-edition prints are artworks that can be reproduced without a set limit on quantity. Unlike Limited Edition prints, they are not restricted to a specific number of copies, allowing for continuous production. This makes them more widely available and accessible while maintaining the same artistic quality.

RETURNS POLICY

Print Return & Exchange Policy

• Prints are eligible for return within 5 days of delivery and will be refunded in the form of merchandise credit.
• To initiate a return, please contact us via email within 5 days of delivery.
• Prints must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

• A prepaid return shipping label will be provided, with shipping costs deducted from your merchandise credit.
• Once you receive the return label, the item must be shipped back within 48 hours.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item to ensure it remains in new condition.

Additional Notes

• A 30% restocking fee applies to all returned framed photography.
• For exchanges, only current promotions may be applied to new orders—previous discounts or promotions cannot be carried over.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ORDERS

Replacement Policy for Damaged or Incorrect Prints

We want you to love your artwork, and if you receive a damaged or incorrect print, we’re happy to provide a full replacement.

• Incorrect Prints: If you receive the wrong print, we kindly ask that you return it to our studio so we can send you the correct one.
• Damaged Prints: In cases of damage, we require the original print to be disposed of before sending a replacement.

Inspection & Reporting

To ensure a smooth resolution, please inspect your package upon delivery and note any concerns right away.

• If an item arrives damaged, please send us written notification and clear photos of the damage within 14 days of receiving your order.
• After 14 days, we may no longer be able to offer a replacement.
